Hi! 

My name is Amy Toohey.  I love teaching Kindergarten at Our Lady of the Angels, the Best Little School in Worcester! I waited very patiently, almost 20 years for a position to open up at OLA after becoming a member of Our Lady of the Angels parish in 1999.  

I quickly became involved within the parish community serving as a eucharistic minister, a lector and a CCD assistant.  I had been teaching Kindergarten for over 10 years in another town when a Pre-K position opened up at OLA!  I quickly applied and was given the opportunity to join Our Lady of the Angels Elementary School!  

After 4 years teaching preschool & pre-kindergarten, achieving the “Best Preschool of Central Mass” I excitedly moved up to Kindergarten and will never look back! Our Lady of the Angels is amazing! Our strong faith will always lead our students forward in life.  Our teachers are truly invested in education, providing a challenging hands-on curriculum,meeting the needs of each child. Small class sizes allow for lower student to teacher ratios and leveled learning giving children more confidence to ask questions and engage in group activities!  We offer extra curricular activities and afterschool clubs.

Our Lady of the Angels is more than just a school!  It’s truly a family and a community!
