Upper School (Grades 5-8)

In these upper school years, we work to nurture a strong work-ethic and exceptional sense of character by recognizing the Image of God in every human. We hold students to a very high standard with exposure to Algebra 1 concepts by the end of 8th grade, reading, analyzing, and writing about high level texts, exploring the way the world works through both science and social studies, as well as enrichment through the specials that are offered.

  • A variety of novel studies at each level help the students to explore and analyze author’s purpose and literary devices to develop deep analysis of the texts.
